Student orientation information
- Always use given name (if Patricia do not use Pat, if Joseph do not use
Joe) - The student must give accurate information, this is a legal document
- Can use Department address and telephone number
- Only have to complete an application once a year
- Student must print out the application confirmation and return to
training division and class
Online Application Instructions:
- Go to http://www.sac.edu
- Click on “Apply On Line” Link at the top of page
- Login as a New User
- Once you have a valid log in it will take you to the first page
- For Term applying for: Use Summer/Fall 2009
- Intended Major: Use CJ (AA)
- Under Educational Goal: Improve Basic Skills
- The rest of the application is self explanatory
- Under SS# you can decline
- You can use your Department Address and Phone Number
- Once you are done print the confirmation page and deliver it to your Department’s Training Division
Log-In Information
- After you complete an application online in CCC (California Community Colleges) Apply your information will be stored and an account will be created for you. The next time that you go online to complete an application you can log into your account and update any information that has changed
. - If you try to submit a new application in CCC Apply it will recognize
that it is a duplicate application from your name and date of birth. **Please
note that if you created an account for a community college other than Santa
Ana College, you will need to apply to Santa Ana College after you log-in to
your previous account. - To
find your account it will give you two options: - Option
1: enter the email address you used when you previously entered your first
application - Option 2: Enter your name, date of birth
and home zip code (or Department zip)
**It
will ask you to answer a security question. If answered correctly, it will have
you change your password.
- After location your account apply online by selection Santa Ana
College and click on start new application
** Bring a copy of your confirmation page on
the first day of class **
